After a slow start the first week at 95 points, Team Love In This Club ramped up the effort this week with 128 points. Participation also increased this week, with Blake and Tzlil leading the team in points, and Danielle, Meghan, Erik and myself also posting solid points. Looking forward to this coming week!

Team No Off Season

I feel like a newscaster, but posting for Kyle, who's unable to access the blog from Hong Kong, Team No Off-Season would like to report their 128 points for the week.

Week 2

Hey guys,

Team Foxxy ranks in with 222.5 points for this week. Everyone got back to me (some tardier than others...) and everyone contributed a solid number of points, even sick Peter.

Team Foxxy

Hey gang,

Ok, Team Foxxy would like to record their 224 points for the week! Alina, Peter, and I were strong contributors, while Morgan pulled into the lead with a lot of yoga stretching for 50 solid points. Besides the entire team clearly making fitness a goal of theirs, I'd like to point out that we also have gotten foxxier over the summer, but I couldn't find that in our point scheme. Look for us next week to pull in some more points and probably be better looking than all of you. Dressage here we come! (Sorry Hannah).

Week 1: Team Too-Toned

Hey all!

This week Team Too-Toned reaped a massive point total of 226.61 points! 6 of our 8 reported points this week, with Nicole, Erin, and me all earning more than 50 each and Hannah Siebens, Eric, and Irene contributing. Lisa and Ben were too busy being too toned to send in their points this weekend, so we're looking forward to racking up even more this week.

Our points came from all sorts of activities: rowing, running, arc training, horseback riding, biking, martial arts, circuit training, and even a 2k, among other gym activities and chores.

Since this is the first team update post, I'm not sure what else to write. I will say that I like how my rowing schedule, limited hours at work (scooping ice cream in Auburndale, MA... come visit if you're in the areaaaaa), and the rainy weather preventing chores all align forces and allow me to nap and watch disgusting amounts of TV... currently watching that show on the History Channel about the world after people are gone. Recommended.

Hope everyone is having a good week... get up and move!

Love,
Christina

Any 2k done at full pressure is an instant point! 1 point for less than 10 minutes, can't really beat that.

Choo Choo here comes the PAIN TRAIN

So I found this little doo-dad on the concept II website a while back. It's called the Hour of Pain. The sweet thing is, only one of the circuits that composes this Hour of Pain uses gym weights, but you can find other 20kg long objects: small children, your grandmother, a broomstick with sandbags on it, get creative.
